bake 425 for 1 hour

60g sugar
71g butter
1 egg
1c milk.
do NOT overknead. this is similar to "American" biscuits.
bake 350/180c for 35 minutes.

learning to make yogurt on the internet is a fairly frustrating challenge.
Making it isnt particularly hard, however hunting through mom blogs and health blogs is a bane.
1/2 gallon milk
2tbsp regular yogurt.
-boil milk for 20 minutes.
-reduce temp to 110
-combine 2tbsp regular yogurt with warmed milk
-add the milk mix back to the yogurt to stay warm at 110f or 40c
for 8-10 hours.
strain as necessary.
