1:3 ratio of chicpea flour to water.
2tsp salt
2tsp seasoning
1/2tsp turmeric
mix half water with chicpea flour
add remaing water to pot to boil, whisk in chickpea batter
stir 8 minutes and pour into mould, cool to room temp, then refrigerate 24 hours.
