+1:3 ratio of chicpea flour to water.
+2tsp salt
+2tsp seasoning
+1/2tsp turmeric
+
+mix half water with chicpea flour
+add remaing water to pot to boil, whisk in chickpea batter
+stir 8 minutes and pour into mould, cool to room temp, then refrigerate 24 hours.
