  3. 1 tbsp dried garlic
  4. 1 tbsp dried ginger
  5. 1 cup black caraway seeds (Nigella seed)
  6. 1 cup Carom seeds (Ajwain)
  7. 1 cup Coriander seed
  8. 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
  9. 1 Tablespoon dried Rosemary
  10. 1 Tablespoon Ethiopian basil
  11. 1 Tablespoon black cardamom
  12. 1 Tablespoon fenugreek seed
  13. 1 Teaspoon rue seed
  14. 1 Teasppoon cumin
  15. 600 grams Anaheim, California Red Chiles, or Chile Seco del Norte.
  16. seed and roast chiles. when cool, grind in blender.
  17. add all spices to blender and grind.
