1 Tablespoon cinnamon

1 Tablespoon dried Rosemary
|

1 Tablespoon Ethiopian basil
|
|
1 Tablespoon black cardamom
|
|
1 Tablespoon fenugreek seed
|
|
1 Teaspoon rue seed
|
|
1 Teasppoon cumin
|
|
600 grams Anaheim, California Red Chiles, or Chile Seco del Norte.
