frugal/oats

the ratio for this is rather complex.  currently im 
settled on the number of cups of oats +1 cup water for the 
cooker.  this produces thick oats that dont water down in the presence 
of nut butters or miso

2c oats
3c water
2tbsp miso
2tbsp peanut butter
11 min pressure cook
