  2. 500g white
  3. 250g wheat
  4. 66% water
  5. general guideline for white/wheat:
  6. 100% bread flour
  7. 70% water
  8. 1% fresh yeast
  9. 2% salt
  10. bake 425 degrees for 45 minutes
