+1.5tsp soysauce
+1.5tsp sesame/sunflower oil
+1 spring onion choppped
+1 garlic clove crushed
+
+blanch greens for 30 seconds and rinse, combine ingredients, chill for 2-3 hours. sub out for arugula if you like
