mustards jams and new loafs

  1. German style mustard, very mild.
  3. 250g mustard seeds,soaked
  4. add 50g sugar and 15g salt
  5. grind in a blender
  6. boil 200ml water with 150ml white wine vinegar
  7. let cool down until it no longer boils and pour over the mustard
