  1. 1/4 cup butter
  2. 1c cream
  3. garlic
  4. 1.5 cups parmesan grated
  5. slice garlic thinly, simmer in the butter over low heat until crisp but not browned.
  6. turn off burner and allow to cool. gently add cream and raise to low heat again.
  7. slowly fold in 1.5 cups of cheese.
