  1. 1 bunch spinach
  2. 1.5tsp soysauce
  3. 1.5tsp sesame/sunflower oil
  4. 1 spring onion choppped
  5. 1 garlic clove crushed
  6. blanch greens for 30 seconds and rinse, combine ingredients, chill for 2-3 hours. sub out for arugula if you like
