  1. 5lbs fresh tomatoes
  2. ½ cup olive oil
  3. 2 tsp salt
  4. 1 tsp black pepper
  5. 2 Tbsp Fresh basil
  6. 12 cloves garlic, whole, peeled
  7. 1 onion
  9. roast 1 hour at 350f stirring every 20 min
