  1. 2 Tbsp. ground flax seed
  2. 6 Tbsp. water
  3. 1 C all-purpose flour
  4. 1 C cornmeal
  5. 1/4 C sugar
  6. 4 tsp. baking powder
  7. 3/4 tsp. table salt
  8. 1 C soy milk
  9. 1/4 C canola oil
  11. bake 425 for 25 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean
