  1. 6 limes
  2. 1/2-1lb tilapia
  3. avocado
  4. anaheim/hatch chili
  5. onion
  7. juice limes
  8. chop tilapia to thin strips
  9. add fish to limes and marinade, refrigerated, for 2-5 hours
  10. remove from refrigerator, drain, and add avocado, chili, and onion
  11. salt as desired, serve immediately.
