added clarification to many recipes

  1. 1/4 cuprice wine vinegar
  2. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  3. 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  4. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  5. two carrots
  6. 2 tablespoons ginger garlic
  8. 1 large cabbage
  9. 1 red bell peppers, thinly sliced
  10. 6 green onions, chopped
  11. 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  13. shred and combine all ingredients, refrigerate overnight
