German style mustard, very mild.

250g mustard seeds,soaked
|
|
add 50g sugar and 15g salt
|
|
grind in a blender
|
|
boil 200ml water with 150ml white wine vinegar
|
|
let cool down until it no longer boils and pour over the mustard
|
