1/4 cup butter

1c cream
|
|
garlic
|
|
1.5 cups parmesan grated
|
|
|
|
melt butter on medium lo flame, add garlic and simmer until browned.
|
|
turn heat off, add cream, stir to combine and return to low flame
|
|
add 1.5 cups grated parmesan cheese slowly until sauce forms
|
|
salt to taste, serve warm
|
