								4 cups chopped cabbage, tightly packed

								salt to taste

								1 tsp grated jaggery or brown sugar

								1 tbsp lemon juice
							 | 
						|
								chopped coriander leaves for garnish

								1 1/2 tbsps oil

								For tempering/poppu/tadka:

								1 tsp mustard seeds/ria/aavalu

								add oil, spices, garlic to pan, simmer
