250g mustard seeds,soaked rinsed and drained.
|
|
50g sweetener (brown sugar, sugar, molasses, etc..)
|
|
15g salt
|
|
200ml water (cold)
|
|
150ml white wine vinegar (cold)
|
|
grind in a blender (do not overprocess)
|
