+1c brown sugar
+3 egg yolks beaten
+1/4 cup corn starch
+3c milk
+1/4c butter
+1tsp vanil extract
+1/2 tsp salt
+
+combine beaten eggs/sugar/cornstarch in bowl
+boil milk, add 1 cup slowly to eggs, temper
+add eggs mixture back to med heat milk, whisk constantly.
+decant once thickened.
