+2 strips lemon rind
+1/2 lemon juiced
+10-12oz blueberries.
+
+simmer 1/2 water, 1/2 sugar lemon rind for 5 min
+remove rind
+simmer blueberries 3-5 minutes or until popped, gooey.
+turn off flame
+add lemon juice
+serv
