  2. 500 grams plain white (all-purpose) flour
  3. 200 grams lard
  4. 250 ml water
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. line muffin tin/ramekin with pie crust. add ball of filling,
  7. cap with pie crust and create hole in center for ventilation
  8. FILLING
  9. 750 grams minced pork
  10. 1.5 tsp seasoning mix (poultry seasoning, salt)
  11. JELLY (optional)
  12. 400 ml chicken stock
  13. half a sachet powdered gelatine
  14. 50 ml water
  15. bake at 350 for 20 minutes, remove pies from ramekin or muffin tin, replace on flat
  16. baking sheet. bake for 50 more minutes.
