  1. 1 rack ribs
  2. 320-500ml dark beer
  3. cover ribs with rub and let sit 15-30 minutes.
  4. preheat oven to 250F.
  5. add dark beer to a covered pan (casserole dish, etc...)
  6. add ribs to pan, cover, and bake for 3 hours.
  7. once done, cover in BBQ sauce, and broil for 3-5 minutes.
  8. simple rub:
  9. 100g brn sugar
  10. 2tbsp paprika
  11. 3tbsp garlic
  12. advanced rub:
  13. 3 tablespoons sea salt
  14. 3 tablespoons chili powder
  15. 3 tablespoons paprika
  16. 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
  17. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  18. 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  19. 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  20. 1 tablespoon cumin
  21. 1 tablespoon garlic powder
