  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
  5. 1 pound chicken, cut into chunks (optional)

  7. salt and ground black pepper to taste
  8. 5 cups chicken stock
  9. 3 small sweet potatoes cut into chunks
  10. 1 (16 ounce) can chopped tomatoes, with liquid
  11. combine peanut butter, tomatoes, stock and blend in blender.
  12. fry onions, garlic in pot with oil. add blended mixture, add remaining ingredients
  13. simmer for 1-6 hours on low.
