  1. 2.5 kilos chicken
  2. 250ml full fat yoghurt
  3. 1tbsp curry powder
  4. 1tbsp chaat masala
  5. 1tbsp chili powder
  7. mix all ingredients together
  9. cut chicken into even cubes, add to mix and let marinade in refrigerator for 12-24 hours
