  1. 250g anchovies
  2. 700g potato/1.5lb shredded
  3. 1.5 cups creme
  4. 700g onion/2 onions
  5. 3tb breadcrumbs
  6. 1/4 cup butter
  7. white pepper
  8. salt
  10. fry onion in butter, layer shredded potato, onions, sprats
  11. add white pepper, salt, creme, sprat water
  13. bake 425 for 1 hour
