Kirill Ilin ae02d47433 helm: add optional parameters to COSI BucketClass (#8453) Add cosi.bucketClassParameters to allow passing arbitrary parameters to the default BucketClass resource. This enables use cases like tiered storage where a diskType parameter needs to be set on the BucketClass to route objects to specific volume servers. When bucketClassParameters is empty (default), the BucketClass is rendered without a parameters block, preserving backward compatibility.
