Chris Lu	0abf70061b	S3 API: Fix SSE-S3 decryption on object download (#7366) * S3 API: Fix SSE-S3 decryption on object download Fixes #7363 This commit adds missing SSE-S3 decryption support when downloading objects from SSE-S3 encrypted buckets. Previously, SSE-S3 encrypted objects were returned in their encrypted form, causing data corruption and hash mismatches.
