chrislu	4d86fd345b	refactor: reduce verbosity of debug log messages Changed debug log messages with bracket prefixes from V(1)/V(2) to V(3)/V(4) to reduce log noise in production. These messages were added during development for detailed debugging and are still available with higher verbosity levels.
