1/4 cuprice wine vinegar
1/4 cup	vegetable oil
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
two carrots
2 tablespoons ginger garlic

1 large cabbage
1 red bell peppers, thinly sliced
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

mix together, marinade for 24 hours.
