+1lb mochiko  
+2.5 cups sugar  
+1 teaspoon baking powder
+2 cups water
+1 tsp. vanilla
+1 can coconut milk
+Red and green food coloring (optional)
+Potato starch
+
+combine all ingredients, bake for 1 hour covered, let cool  completely.  cut and toss in potato starch
