Add n01d-forge and n01d-machine

Added two Rust-based sysadmin tools:

Misc/Disk Imaging:
- n01d-forge: Native GUI image burner with LUKS/VeraCrypt encryption

Virtualization:
- n01d-machine: Secure VM manager with Tor/VPN integration

Both are MIT licensed and built with Rust/egui.
